This is an agreement between you and Mortgage Capital Investment (MCI), a licenced mortgage brokerage with Centum Financial Group Inc. (CENTUM) and describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use and access of the Site.
ABOUT MORTGAGE CAPITAL INVESTMENT (MCI)
Mortgage Capital Investment (MCI) is a licenced brokerage (Brokerage Licence #: 10646) with Centum Financial Group Inc. (CENTUM) and is operated by Mortgage Broker Radu Arvatescu. The MCI website is geared for commercial mortgage services and residential mortgage services, acting with the highest levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism as an ambassador for the Mortgage industry, servicing its clients with fiduciary duty (putting our clients before ourselves).
CENTUM is part of a group of franchise organizations that includes financial, real estate and travel businesses. CENTUM grants franchises to operate mortgage brokerage businesses to certain qualified independent businesses but do not provide mortgage broker services. Each CENTUM franchise is an independently owned and operated mortgage broker business.
You are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a single copy of pages of the Site for your
own personal use. You shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute any of the information, reports, data, graphics, trade-marks, text, files, software, product or company names, trade-marks or trade-names listed, contained, embedded or otherwise present on this Site from time to time (collectively, the “Content”) for any purpose. By using the Site to link to another website, you understand and agree that MCI will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting or arising from your use of such

You should also ensure that you have, and represent and warrant that you have, a complete and current backup of the information contained on your computer prior to using or accessing the Site or the Content.
CHOICE OF LAW
You shall indemnify and hold MCI and CENTUM (and their respective suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees) harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, your use and access of the Site.
ONLINE APPLICATIONS TO FRANCHISEES
Information contained in mortgage applications, online or otherwise, is submitted to enable MCI to consider a mortgage loan and is to my best knowledge and belief a true statement of my affairs. In submitting this information I/We consent to MCI, MCI lenders, and / or any of its agents or assigns, obtaining such credit reports and other information necessary at any time in connection with the application made for a mortgage loan and to the disclosure of any personal and credit information concerning the undersigned to any credit reporting agency, financial institution or corporation for the purpose of mortgage approval, funding and ongoing account management. I/We also consent to receive periodic mortgage account information as well as mortgage and real estate related promotional or informational material.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. MCI’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive MCI’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
