I cannot recommend Radu highly enough! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to secure us an incredible rate — significantly lower than what our bank was offering. The savings alone made the experience worthwhile, but what truly stood out was the level of care, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
Radu was there for every step, patiently explaining our options, answering all of our questions (no matter how small), and ensuring everything moved smoothly and on time. Radu's communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable.

I Was lucky to get Edi as our broker, I gave him very little time to look for a business mortgage loan, he moved heaven and earth for us, but it was too short of a time. However, he went out of his way to keep helping us, he made sure our existing mortgage provider gave us their best offer. Next year I will be contacting him months before our renewal. If you're looking for a mortgage make sure you contact MCI and insist on Edi Marinescu....... you'll be very happy you did. Thanks again Edi

Working with Radu was an awesome experience. He was always quick to answer our questions and explain things clearly, no matter the time of day —he even picked up the phone during some really tough hours, which meant a lot to us!
Radu knows his stuff, and it showed. He was super helpful, polite, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. If you want someone who’s reliable, easy to talk to, and truly there for you through the whole mortgage process, Radu’s your guy. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Radu Arvatescu in refinancing our home mortgage. From beginning to end, he was informative, extremely thorough and attentive to our financial needs, thus making sure that we were getting the best deal possible especially with such high rates these days. By assisting you along the way, by explaining clearly the role of each document and by guiding you through the financial process. I strongly recommend you work with Radu Arvatescu to meet success at the end of applying for a loan.
I worked with Radu Arvatescu through thin and thick to obtain a loan. The financial landscape is not easy these days as Banks tighten the credit offering. Radu is able to find alternatives that suit everyone's financial needs by linking good creditors with clients in need like myself. I consider myself lucky to have worked with Radu Arvatescu who possesses a good financial knowledge as well as connections in the financial field.
Radu offered not only the financial advice I needed but all the work going behind the scenes in order to obtain us a mortgage: Credit scores, T4s, accounts information, all that paperwork that nobody likes dealing with. I felt safe entrusting him with all this gathering of information, which allowed me to  continue my professional life without any negative impact. It is rare to have a perfectionist like Radu co-ordinating the file full of documents needed by underwriters. Radu Arvatescu is amazing not only as a broker but as a person that relates with you when in need of financial solutions.
He masters the knowledge and the abilities to turn any unbearable financial complication into a simpler to work solution.
Nobody goes to a broker of his caliber without bringing with them a need of advice and connections. The borrowing of money for a major purchase at this time is not easy for most people who try to buy the biggest purchase of their life, a house.
On a financial landscape where choices can be hard to make, Radu moves fluidly, with the knowledge to support your choice and the human qualities to lead you towards the best of them. He was always reachable, not avoiding phone calls, or questions from novices.
i worked with Radu to re-finance my pre-existing mortgage, to obtain a PLC and a HELOC. Different lenders, different financial products, different rules and restrictions coming with them.
Radu was shouldering the problem instead of us, that is what my husband and I agreed on at the end of the process.
I would strongly recommend Radu to anyone who needs financial products that make them advance projects in life.
